why learn?
We believe that a family's greatest asset is its family members, not its financial balance sheet. Research shows that multigenerational families succeed when they prioritize their investment in happiness, welfare, and all the tangible and intangible indicators of the flourishing of each family member.
The Family Learning Office views ourselves as stewards of whole-person and whole-family growth in service of the family thriving. We support this growth through a learning framework rooted in individual and family systems coaching within the context of family dynamics. This framework acknowledges and respects the individual's journey while also recognizing their interconnectedness with the family unit and its atmosphere. By fostering self-awareness and understanding of one's impact on the family system, individuals can cultivate healthier relationships and contribute positively to the overall family dynamic. Your learning journey is centered around the Four Capacities to Flourish by working to achieve milestones related to life stage.
We hope you find value and meaning in the approach, which continues to iterate and evolve based on your feedback, insight, and experience.
