Rewire your brain to improve relationships

Do you want to improve relationships in your family? Start by looking inward. Changing yourself can be a powerful catalyst for change within your family system. Think about it...if you show up at meetings and act defensively on a regular basis, it will not support a positive atmosphere. Also, others may expect you to behave that way all the time, even if you don't.

But, if you develop self-awareness around your tendency to be defensive, you can make a conscious choice to start showing up differently. If you show up differently, the atmosphere changes for the better and your shift in behavior encourages others to change as well.

The end result...how others experience you will be quite different AND your family system thrives.
